Setting up your WhatsApp Business profile
You can easily customize your WhatsApp Business profile via the WhatsApp Manager.
This helps you set up your account professionally and give customers a clear picture of your business.
Instructions
- Go to Business Manager and select your company.
- Click on bottom left.
- Click on top left.
- Click on “WhatsApp Accounts”.
- Select your company’s WhatsApp account.
- Click on “WhatsApp Management”.
- Select “Phone Numbers” in the left menu
- Click on the right
- Click on “Profile”.
- Make your changes and click “Save”.
On this page, you can set the following:
Profile image
Set a profile image. Recommended size: 640×640 pixels.
Display name
Customize the name that customers see at the top of their chat. Match your official business name for consistency.
Apply for an official business account
Give your business a green verification badge by submitting a request via Meta.
Business category
Choose a category that best describes your industry or services.
Business description (optional)
Add a short description to give customers an idea of what you do.
Business address (optional)
Include a physical address to provide your customers with additional information.
Business email address (optional)
Add an email address where customers can reach you.
Website(s) (optional)
Add one or more websites for your business to direct customers to more information.
