Communication between Rabbit Messenger and Otys

Thanks to the integration, you can easily exchange information between Rabbit Messenger and Otys:

    • Candidate communication via WhatsApp: When a candidate submits their availability via WhatsApp, it is automatically forwarded to Otys.
    • Two-way communication: Information can also be sent back from Otys to Rabbit, allowing you to reach candidates directly through their preferred channel.
    • Automated messages from Otys: You can also have Rabbit send automated messages from Otys, for example, to keep candidates informed of their application status or a new assignment.

How does setting up the integration work?

To use the Otys integration:

    1. Contact Rabbit Support – only they can provide you with the necessary API credentials and the corresponding API documentation

    2. Rabbit Support will also assist you with setting up the integration and ensuring everything is configured correctly.
