Inbox structure in Rabbit Messenger

Rabbit Messenger uses a shared inbox, making it easy for you and your team members to help customers together. This central inbox ensures you always maintain an overview, can respond quickly, and never miss a message. Conversations are automatically categorized into useful categories, so you know exactly where to go.

Below, we explain the different parts of the inbox:

All Conversations
Here you’ll find a complete overview of all active and expired conversations, excluding those you’ve manually archived. This is where you can always refer back to anything that’s happening.

New Messages
This category contains all conversations with unread messages. This way, you know exactly which conversations still need attention and can quickly respond to incoming questions.

My Conversations
This shows only the conversations specifically assigned to you personally. This view is useful for managing your own workload without being distracted by colleagues’ conversations.

Open Conversations
This overview shows conversations with an active session. This means you can still freely send messages to the customer without having to use a template (within the 24-hour window).

Expired Conversations
Conversations that fall outside the 24-hour window are displayed here. In these cases, you can only respond with a template until the customer responds again and starts a new session.

Archive
You can archive conversations you no longer actively need. They will then appear here. They remain available for review, but will no longer disrupt your active workflow.

This inbox structure ensures that you and your team always maintain an overview, can quickly filter by relevance, and can collaborate effectively on customer communications. This allows you to work more efficiently and with a more customer-focused approach.
