1. Sign up

1. Start onboarding by completing the following form.
   1. https://form.typeform.com/to/yHK2dejq.
2. After completing this form, you will receive an email or whatsapp with a link to register your WhatsApp Business.

2. Confirm WhatsApp Business registration

3. Linking your phone number to WhatsApp Business

We are now going to link your phone number to WhatsApp.

1. Enter the phone number you want to associate with WhatsApp Business.
2. Select “phone call”.
3. Press “send code”.
   1. Within seconds you will receive the code.
4. Enter the code.
5. Click “complete”.

After closing the widget, your phone number is linked.

4. Rabbit environment set up

After pairing is successful, Rabbit will set up your environment.

1. You will receive an email from us to activate your account and set a password.
2. Log in to your team domain, for example “yourcompany”.rabbit.com
   1. Use your e-mail address and password to do so.

Almost done, right now you can receive and read messages. To also be able to send messages, you need to verify your WhatsApp Business and link a payment method.

5. Verify WhatsApp Business

Go to business.facebook.com and log in with your facebook account.

1. Click on “your company” at the top left and open company settings.
2. On the left side of the menu, click on “WhatsApp Accounts”.
3. Select your WhatsApp Business account.
4. Click on “start verification”.
5. Go through the wizard by entering the company information.
6. Click “complete”.

Within 1-2 business days you will receive notification from Meta (facebook) an email confirming that your WhatsApp Business has been verified.

6. Link a payment method to your WhatsApp Business account

1. Go to business.facebook.com and log in with your facebook account.
2. Click on “your company” at the top left and open company settings.
3. On the left side of the menu, click on “WhatsApp Accounts”.
4. Select your WhatsApp Business account.
5. Click on “payment settings”.
6. Click “add payment method”.
7. Select credit card and enter your information.
8. Click “complete”.

Your credit card is linked, this allows you to send messages.

7. Setting up your WhatsApp Business profile picture

To set a WhatsApp profile image follow these steps:

1. Go to business.facebook.com and log in with your facebook account.
2. Click on “your company” at the top left and open company settings.
3. On the left side of the menu, click on “WhatsApp Accounts”.
4. Select your WhatsApp Business account.
5. Click on “WhatsApp management”.
6. Right click on the cog icon next to your phone number.
7. Select “profile”.
8. Click on “select file”.
9. Upload image.
10. Click “save”.

8. Configure and personalize your Rabbit environment

1. Go to your Rabbit Messenger environment (yourcompany.rabbit.com).
2. Go to settings by clicking on “settings” at the bottom left.
3. Set your notifications.
4. Set up your welcome message.
5. Set your out-of-office.
