Creating internal notes

Internal notes are visible only to you and your team members. They provide the ability to add important information or context to a conversation, such as details about a client, appointments, or important updates. The client themselves do not see these notes, making them perfect for internal communication.

Instructions

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Click on the “+” icon right of the type bar.
  3. Select from the pop-up menu: “Notes”.
  4. Select from the menu: “Internal”.
  5. Write down your internal note.
  6. Click on “Save”.
  7. The internal note is now visible in the conversation
Internal notes are only visible to you and your team members.
