Creating contacts from a conversation

In Rabbit Messenger, you can easily manage a contact book to keep track of your customers and relationships. This article explains how to add a new contact from a conversatie and what information you can fill in.

Instructions

  1. Open a conversation in Rabbit Messenger.
  2. Click on the “+” icon right next to the contact name.
  3. Fill in the contact fields.
  4. Click on “Save”.

Contact name
Enter the name of the contact, so that it is easily recognizable in your list.

Additional information
Here you can enter additional information, such as a company name, department or note that helps to quickly identify the contact.

Email address
Enter the email address of the contact. This is useful for additional communication or identification.

Phone number
Enter the phone number, so that you can call or chat directly via Rabbit Messenger.

By using the contact book, you can manage your contacts effectively and keep all your customer information clearly organized in one place.
The contact book list sorts all contact in alphabetical order.
