Creating administrative notes

In addition to internal notes, Rabbit Messenger also offers administrative notes. These are specifically designed to track internal actions and work within a conversation. Like internal notes, administrative notes are only visible to you and your team members – customers do not have access to them.

With administrative notes, you can not only add text, but also:

    • Time Tracking: Record the time you spent on a specific action in 15-minute increments.
    • Assign Categories: Indicate what type of action you performed, for example “Support” or “Administration”.

Instructions

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Click on the “+” icon to the right of the type bar.
  3. Select “Notes” from the pop-up menu.
  4. Select “Administrative Note” from the menu.
  5. Select your activity from the drop-down menu.
  6. Fill in the date
  7. Fill in the duration. 
  8. Write down your note.
  9. Click “Save”.
  10. The administrative note is now visible in the conversation.
Administrative notes are only visible to you and your team members.
