Blocking a Contact in Rabbit Messenger

Sometimes you may receive unwanted contact via WhatsApp in Rabbit Messenger. In that case, you can block a contact so that this person can no longer send messages to your company via WhatsApp.

How do you block a contact?

1. Open the conversation with the person in question in Rabbit Messenger.

2. Click the three dots (more options) in the top right corner of the conversation window.

3. Click ‘Block Contact’.

4. Confirm that you want to block this contact.

Note: A contact can only be blocked as long as the session is still active. If the session expires, a new session must be started before you can block them.

What happens after blocking?

  • The blocked person can no longer send any messages to your company via WhatsApp.
  • Your company can also no longer send messages to the blocked person.

Unblocking?

If you decide later to allow the contact again, you can have them unblocked via Rabbit Support. Contact our support team, and they’ll ensure the connection is re-opened.

This feature gives you additional control over who can contact you and contributes to a more secure communication environment.
