Adding a payment method to your WhatsApp Business account
In order to send Whatsapp templates from your WhatsApp Business account, you will need to link a payment method to your account.
This is an essential step to take advantage of Rabbit Messenger’s features.
Instructions
- Go to Business Manager and select your company.
- Click on bottom left.
- Click on top left.
- Click on “WhatsApp Accounts”.
- Select your company’s WhatsApp account.
- Click on “Payment Settings”.
- In the new tab, click on “Add Payment Method”.
- Fill in your credit card details here.
- Click on “Save”.
Once the payment method is connected, you can send templates to your customers via Rabbit Messenger without any restrictions. You will see a notification on the screen once the connection is successful.
Make sure this is set up in time to avoid interruptions in your communications.
